These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and InfNova regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Description of Services
We provide tools to streamline the influencer workflow, including:
- AI Content Assistant: Generating scripts, captions, and hashtag suggestions based on trends.
- Influencer Matchmaking: Facilitating discovery between creators and brands based on public metrics.
- Performance Analytics: Visualizing public social media data to track growth.
2. User Accounts & Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
- Authentication: Access requires authentication via third-party services (e.g., Facebook Login). You agree to provide accurate information during this process.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login sessions. InfNova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. Compliance with Social Platforms
InfNova operates by integrating with third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. By using our Platform, you explicitly agree that:
- You will adhere to the Instagram Community Guidelines and Facebook Terms of Service.
- You will not use InfNova to generate content that violates the intellectual property rights, safety policies, or community standards of these platforms.
- InfNova creates an independent relationship with you and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. AI-Generated Content
No Guarantee of Results: Our AI tools are designed to provide creative assistance. We do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts or captions will go "viral" or achieve specific engagement metrics.
User Responsibility: You are the final editor and publisher of your content. You must review all AI outputs for accuracy and compliance with laws before posting.
5. Brand Collaborations
- Neutral Venue: InfNova acts solely as a connector. We are not a party to any contract between influencers and brands.
- Independent Relationship: Any agreement you make with a brand regarding deliverables, payment, or timelines is strictly between you and the brand.
- No Endorsement: We do not verify the solvency or legitimacy of every brand. Please exercise due diligence before entering agreements.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or hack any aspect of the Platform.
- Harass brands or other influencers through our communication tools.
- Misrepresent your engagement metrics using bots or fake followers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, for the resolution of any disputes.
